Listened from 1307-1351 utc.  Antenna was the H-800 skymatch active
whip this morning.  

153      RUSSIA, 1310 weak, but steady signal with man in Russian.
279      RUSSIA, 1311 weak with woman in Russian.
567      JAPAN, 1345 JOIK weak with woman/man in Japanese.
594      JAPAN, JOAK, 1345 weak with Japanese talk.
657      DPR OF KOREA, 1311 weak with Korean talk.
693      JAPAN, JOAB, 1342 weak to fair in ECSS mode, much splatter.
774      JAPAN, JOUB 1307 rose from poor to good in about 4 mintues.
            Man in Japanese. Some splatter.
828      JAPAN, JOBB 1308 fair with a little splatter, same package as above.
1575    THAILAND, VOA 1314 weak with Asian language.
