Listened from 1400-1502 utc.  Conditions down from yesterday
morning.  Was surprised to hear JOCF 1107 for a few minutes.

153       RUSSIA, 1436 weak to fair with man in Russian.
279       RUSSIA,  1437 fair with man in Russian.
567       JAPAN, JOIK 1412 weak with Japanese.
648       RUSSIA, 1439 fair and battered in splatter, Korean.
666       JAPAN, JOBK 1440 fair with Japanese.
774       JAPAN, JOUB 1443 fair with man in Japanese.
828       JAPAN, JOBB 1443 weak with man in Japanese.
1107     JAPAN, JOCF 1455 fair at times with man in Japanese.
1566     REPUBLIC OF KOREA, 1446 weaker than usual.
1575     THAILAND, VOA 1445 weak with man in Asian language.
