[IRCA] TPs for November 23

I monitored from 1455 to 1530 UTC today and found mostly lackluster conditions. Here's the meager catch:

  Hets: 549, 585, 657, 666, 756, 783, 873, 918, 936, 963, 1035, 1062, 1098, 1143, 1161, 1188, 1269, 1323, 1494, 1503, 1557

  Threshold audio: 612, 639, 891, 909, 1053, 1107, 1287, 1377, 1386, 1575, 1593

  Poor audio: 558, 594, 693, 738 (church service/hymns... who?), 747

  Fair audio: 603, 972, 1566

  Good audio: 648 (V. of Russia IS), 828, 1134

The best performer by far was VOR on 648 kHz.
