Re: [IRCA] TA for 22 Nov (UTC) from Victoria, BC
Seems to have been a bit of a sunrise lift for the TA's. 1215, 1323 as Walt has noted, also had France Info 1377 w/man in FF talk in the last few minutes, not as good as the other two though.
