Very good advice. The only comment I would change to to send a full size
CD as for some reason, I have gotten some mini discs that do not play
and I have heard that from a couple CEs too. There must be something
different over the full sized ones. I like sending a CD is CDa form,
like a regular CD that can be played on any boombox, DVD player. Often
the CE or secretary will have a simple one on their desk that they can
pop into and hear it without a computer. Make it as easy as you can on
the station.
