[IRCA] Early TP DX 10-28-08

I stayed up late last night due to something work related, so I scanned 
the dial a few times.

The only notes I took were from 0840 to 0915, when there was already 
quite a bit of activity:

Pretty good audio: 747, 774(the best despite being 4 kHz from a 10kw 
local),  828(good at 0840, much weaker after 0900), 972(after 0900), 
981(after 0900), 1566

Recognizable audio here and there: 567 594 666 693 1134

Traces of audio but nothing recognizable: 657 738 756 864 945 963 1107 
1206 1287 1044

Het or carrier only 612 639 648 702 729 801 819(hetting a 10kw local on 
820) 909 918 1071 1089(hetting a 50kw local!) 1161 1179 1188 1251(5kw 
local on 1250) 1269 1359 1449 1575(AFN?  Too early for Thailand) 1602

I had traces of 747 just before local midnight (0700).

It was nice to hear so many TP stations this early in the morning.  
Judging from other reports, it was also good around sunrise.
