Conditions much improved from earlier in the week here.

189     RUSSIA, 1312 good on second scan of band.
234     RUSSIA, 1252 good with music listed above.
           Strange to hear this channel and not hear audio
           on 180 &189.  Gone on second scan of band.
558     JAPAN, JOCR 1258 fair with man in Japanese.
567     JAPAN, JOIK 1356 weak with man in Japanese.
594     JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1323 weak with man in Japanese.
648     RUSSIA, 1401 good carrier weak audio with Asian language.
657     DPR OF KOREA, 1325 weak with woman in Korean.  Good at 1402.
