Last night conditions just after LSS revealed a very strong WCPC
Houston, MS on 940, in the car. They ran weather w/ ID at the BOH, in
between dreadful GOS music (and I'm a Christian :) ) . If you need
them, and conditions are similar tonite, tune in after about 1915 EDT.
They were still there at 1940. WCPC is 50 Kw days and 250 w nights.
940 WFAW Fort Atkinson, WI is a perennial HSFB broadcaster, so they may
be a good target tonite. They do not appear to be cheating but I only
seem to hear them on Friday nights (maybe they sign off at other
times?). They are 500 w day and 550 night. Their night pattern favors
WNW and SE, so that explains why they seem so strong.
