[IRCA] Spanish 1690 Part Dos

1690 Montreal (CJLO) is a college station that has been streaming on the Internet for a long time but was just recently scheduled to sign-on on 1690. According to their website, they play a bit of everything, including a program called "Go Funk Yourself"- I kid you not - so you could have heard them in Spanish.
