[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 10-14-08
Listened from 1255-1332 utc and conditions were a little better than the last few days. It was all TP and all of it was on the bottom part of the band. Dawn enhancement came around 1325 utc but at 1332 the power went out and did not come back on until 1555 utc so for me it was back to bed.
594 JOAK very poor at 1313 utc.
648 Russia poor at 1331 utc.
657 Korea poor at 1319 utc with talk.
774 JOUB fair at 1327 utc.
