[IRCA] JOIN THE FUN

My sleeping habits do  not lend themselves to morning DXing but I  
gave it a shot this morning between 6:30-6:50am PDT (1330-1350 UTC).  
Intelligible audio was produced from:
603 fair
657 fair
692 weak
747 fair
774 good
828 fair
972 fair

The Koreans and 828 were all new. Innumerable other hets were  
observed. Not a whole lot going on above the last significant het on  
1053. If I am getting these this well, inland as I am, I would guess  
that you coastal guys had a very good morning.
