Responding to Paul Walker's latest, KMCQ (or whatever it may be  
called after the move) is not on the air yet on 104.5 from Covington  
WA. As strange as that move may be, it's nothing compared to the  
apparent desperate need for KIRO-710, owner of the most potent AM  
signal in the market, to simulcast on FM. Yep, coming up next week,  
KBSG-97.3 will abandon its tolerable format (the last one where I  
could recognize over 50% of the music - KIXI is too old even for me)  
and relay KIRO. There are oracles who say KIRO will go all sports  
next year (they have the Seahawks and will get be getting the  
Mariners back). Who knows - except maybe Scott... (and Scott, you are  
forgiven for not taking advantage of my brilliant suggestion by  
naming your new son George W. Fybush).
