[IRCA] TP for 29 July from Victoria, BC
Again, started around 1220 UT, and things (such as they were, and mostly DU except for 1566) seemed to peak just after 1230. The propagation monitor recorded 612 as peaking closer to 1300, but I was long gone from the radio by then.
pretty darn good audio (at least briefly): none
reasonable audios (though often battling w/splash or noise): none
not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise: none
Burbles in the splatter and noise: 963 at 1238UT for a minute or two; 1116 very briefly at 1227; 1503 at 1239; 1566 at 1231, just after the pattern shift with "What a friend we have in Jesus" choral mx
Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter): 612, 738, 774, 1098, 1512
