Gary, your comments are absolutely true, and very much more so from the Queen Charlottes....Asians are easy, especially Japan and Korea, whereas the Aussies and Kiwis are much more difficult.  Even when heard, (this includes from Victoria), the strength is usually a 7/10 at best, and 8/10 very infrequently.  This compares to Asians where I'll often have many 9's, and 7 to 8s are the norm here (and even perfect 10s on the Queen Charlottes).  This is interesting, as the comments from Patrick (and Nick) seem to indicate that in the "old" days, the DUs were very much stronger than they are now, and perhaps the Asians are more numerous today.  Something to consider!.....Walt.
