[IRCA] 760 Unid OC info
I still don't know much about the OC on 760, but it is not fading as far
as I can tell, so I am wondering if it is an HAR/TIS. It is right on
760, not growl or het. Not super strong like a close local, so it may be
some distance. I will check tomorrow during the day.
