Sorry to hear that, but I have had better luck than that with visits.
KDAC Ft Bragg, CA was famous for not ever replying to QSL requests, but
a visit to the station, the CE waited to show us around and typed out a
very nice QSL letter on station letterheard for me. KBLA 1580 LA was
another and the CE invited me up and typed out a QSL letter again. He
admitted he rarely had the time to QSL. There have been several others
too. I can think of only one station that did not reply was the old KISN
910 Vancouver WA, but later I did QSL them. At least in the case of NTV,
you did get your QSL.
