[IRCA] Re 1737 PNG KUT

Thanks Steve for info on KUT.

Checked 1700-1800khz this AM and found two more atrong beacons of some kind on 1727 and 1775. 

These are clearly located on the Gulf of Mexico oil rigs. I should of thought of that at first. Far out enuf so no trace during the day.
