[IRCA] NE Oregon TPs, Sunday
1155-1210 utc seemed to be the peak for DU reception this morning. 792 with
poor DU talk at 1207 utc; 891 to weak level and lasting the longest,
1150-1214 utc; 1116 weak with several fades to medium, 1155 utc--all DU.
Hets 567, 576, 612, 639, 702, 738, 774 close to producing audio--all
lower-band today.
180 and 279 at poor to weak level for LWBC Far East Russians, 1110 utc.
