2BL 702 was hrd at my deathly quite DX paradise 2nd home in WI in Sept on a
480 ft BOG at 245 deg that totally killed WLW in Sept, I'd also say YES.
I need to check 531 if DU's are in again, as I've had a carrier there in the
past and there's not severe QRM from 530 at dawn.

2BL is much more common than Live Radio from NZ, so probably likely it
is 2BL.
