[IRCA] KLCN 910 Blytheville, Arkansas

Hey all:

Does KLCN 910 Blytheville, AR have a liner that says something like
"News for the Tri-State" area, or at least mention "Tri-State"?  I have
been hearing them often over the past week.  I wasn't sure if that liner
belonged to them or if I was hearing two stations.  Johnson City is
"Tri-Cities" IIRC and it wasn't them.  I thought I heard or imagined
K-O-N-C calls or similar which could've been KLCN.

I also noted Guymon, OK on 1210 the other night about 0100.
Unfortunately when I can't sleep and "DX in the dark,"  I often forget
what I have heard by morning and thus don't report it.  It's also hard
trying to remember an unusual call heard in the wee hours.
