The WRCR applicaiton not only hasnt been granted, but it is actually a
second station and not a move/increase for 1300 AM

it's not the CP that's dated 10/2007, it's merely the APPLICATION for said
second station on 1700Khz.

NO CP's have YET been granted for 1700 kHz in NY State.
