[IRCA] CBA-1070 test
1070 CBA NB MONCTON 0031 07/04/08
Heard very weak CW at 0031 with lots of QRM from WFLI in Chattanooga, TN and
ESPN radio in Indianapolis. This is definitely heard CW, and a weak sweep
tone following. Nothing heard since.
