Listen from 1235-1341 ut.  Again this morning conditions dropped
here around the 1300 ut hour.


774     Japan, JOUB 1237 good at times with man in Japanese.  Weaker
           station heard underneath JOUB.  Some splatter.

828     Japan, JOBB 1247 weak to fair with man in Japanese.

1566   Republic of Korea, 1244 Good with religious program.
