[IRCA] WSNI-1000
1000 WNSI AL ROBERTSON 2215 07/04/08
Two ID's given: "WSNI is ranked #1." and "WNSI AM and FM is number 1" Don't
know if this was some type of transmitter test or what. No program detail
was heard. QRM from a Spanish station, XEOI???. No ESPN on WMVP out of
Chicago was heard.

Very strange conditions. Aurora conditions seem to exists with southern
enhancement.
