[IRCA] DX this morning in Toronto (ULR)

Woke up at 7 am to drilling for new phone lines across the street. All 
relogs:

900 WKDW VA with nearby CHML completely missing until it faded up, IDs, 
country-like music; unID oldies station in there too
920 WMMN VA FSR, ID
1200 WRKK PA, ID and Williamsport weather.
1120 Washington DC French talk
980 Weston WV bluegrass, mention of Lewis County

All but thre 980 are never previously heard on the Prison Radio.
