[IRCA] TP/DU Watch

Just to join in, I was up before dawn and turned the Drake on about
1157-1210 UT and caught the time pips from 774 JOUB.  In very nicely.
Had heard talk by man in assumed JJ but splatter so bad (even using
filters) that it was hard to make out + the signal wasn't very strong.
Checked a few other frequencies--828-837-1566-1575 but nothing there,
not even hets.  Band seemed pretty dull & dead with only the 774
exception.  SS nicely atop KYCY-1550 & KSTP-1500 devastating the San
Jose semi-local.  Assumed KIGO-ID mixing with another SS, probably
Tijuana.  Still haven't gotten a call ID from St. Anthony.  Quit when
our cat decided to whirl the Kiwa which unfortunately didn't help
reception any.  She's not a lap cat at 5 a.m.
