"Legends 102.7" is WLGZ Rochester. They took the "Legends" standards format that had been heard only on AM 990 and began simulcasting it on WLGZ-FM 102.7 Webster/Rochester last month, slowly morphing the format from standards to oldies.

They break away from the AM/FM simulcast at times during evening and weekend hours for religious programming and Spanish-language programming on the AM; otherwise, you pretty much ONLY hear "102.7" on WLGZ 990 now, with no mention of the AM frequency.

(Which is a local for me, explaining why I didn't stay up for Rene's test - but thanks for running it, anyway!)
