[IRCA] 529 LYQ strong tonight

It's 0516 utc and on a quick check for 530 RVC, am hearing it and Cuba but 
also hearing 529 LYQ's CW ident, when in LSB mode on 530. Tuning to 529, am 
hearing their voice weather message as well. This is the first time I've 
heard LYQ that strong to get the voice broadcast. Either conditions are very 
good or they increased their power very recently.
