[IRCA] WBIX-1060 test

WBIX-1060 DX test noted under partially nulled KYW at 0015 EST with code 
IDs, sweep tone and voice ID mentioning NRC and IRCA.  Apparently back to 
regular programming, until another set of code IDs at 0030.  No Todd 
Rundgren songs noted, which is just as well. I still have memories of 
Rundgren's "Hello it's me" from the soundtrack of the last year of the Nixon 
administration (along with Sister Janet Mead's version of the Lord'a Prayer 
and other sappy songs from 1973-74)
