Good Morning:

Listened from 1245-1409.  A couple long-waves, MW very poor
this morning here.  Japanese powerhouse JOUB 774 with very 
weak audio at times.  HLAZ 1566 just a level 4 carrier.

153        Russia, Radio Rossii nice S-9 signal at 1249 with woman
              in Russian.

189       Russia, Radio Rossii fair signal at 1250, same program as above.
