[IRCA] Ultra-light file area hacked overnight

Sadly, the DXer.ca file area for Ultra-light radio stuff was
taken out last night.

I have back-ups.

It might be later tonight before everything is
up and running again.

Its seems our enthusiasm is not appreciated by some! ;-)
(Looks like an outside was pecking away at the system because
 everything in the file area was taken out - not just the ULr stuff. )
