enough to completely cover WCBS, but not weak enough to have WCBS cover

I am sure they are day power because of the weather that has/is going on in
Arkansas today. There have been 22 people killed in tornados across the
Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Alabama. Eleven of them in Arkansas.
