[IRCA] KVET 1210 DX Test

KVET 1210 DX Test not heard.  WPHT just too much and could not get a decent
null to knock them down.  IBOC garbage from from either 1200 or 1220 no help
either.

Using Drake R8A, Quantum Loop and 2 1/2 foot spiral loop
