     There is no digital version of the SRF-59.  However, Sony does make the 
SRF-M37V, a digital 9/10 kHz split-capable $35 radio  (Amazon) that has been 
used here in Washington state for TP reception, both  by myself, and Dennis 
Vroom of Vancouver.  Unfortunately, it does have  somewhat of a selectivity issue 
(as detailed in the Ultralight AM-DX Shootout  Review on dxer.ca), and has 
nowhere near the SRF-59's selectivity or nulling  ability.
 
     If your interest is purely domestic DX, the  Sangean DT-200VX would make 
a great pocket-radio choice, as detailed in the  review.  Or, if you would 
like a digital pocket radio that can do  everything well, you may wish to wait 
for the full review of Sony's  Japanese-market SRF-T615, a highly touted 
made-in-Japan $89 wonder that will be  one of the contestants in the upcoming 2008
