[IRCA] Trans Pacific?

This morning before local sunrise at 7AM PST in Vic,BC
heard strong whisle on 830 with oriental translation
program narrated by male and female speaking English
and Chinese or other oriental language.Signal was
dominating Freq with no sign of others on or near.Are
their any Chinese or neighboring orientals on 8 2 8
that could hop the pond and stay on until fade out
with approaching daylight? Received on Blaupunkt
Portable without external antenna.  Bill in BC
