[IRCA] WLNL-1000...maybe

Some lunchtime DX in the car (the Dashboard DX Society strikes again)
snagged a tentative logging of WLNL-1000 in Horseheads, NY with Dave
Ramsey at 1350 Eastern.  A very weak signal but the upfade did confirm
Ramsey and their website does confirm Ramsey at this time.  No TOH ID
possible, but it's a good chance it was them.
