I checked the tape once again and ran it through more EQ and I found I
heard morse code again at 0431 EST, not as strong at 0411, but it was
there. Twice I can catch it. Also threshold code at 0413, 0416, 0418,
0420, 0424, and 0443, but those are all questionable,being so weak.
