[IRCA] Starting a paper log

I haven't done this in years. Everything I hear is
stored in my head. The memory is getting corrupted,
and a restore is out of the question....(heh heh!) 
I have the log forms, but do or did you start with the
locals and go from there. 
And NO, I am not logging on computer right now, that
can come a bit later.
