Bruce,

I ran it through the EQ and it sounds morse code to me. I am still going
to send the CD over to the station. It is still worth a shot. I checked
the tape and nothing heard at 0438. But I did catch a lot of threshold
morse code off and on during the hour. Of course with stations running
so many sound effects, anything is possible. There was an SS in there
too and the SSers are famous for sound effects. But the morse code at
0411 was repeated and it started off with a tone, then repeated code
until 0411.25 or so.
