Konnie,

With MW QSL's getting as rare as hen's teeth, I don't complain.  So many
stations today have quit responding period. Sure, we would love to have
perfect full-detail QSL card. Hey, if I get a note back stating. "That
was us" or "You heard us" or "Thanks fo listening", I'll take it. My
saying "Don't look a gift-horse in the mouth". At nearing 3,000 MW QSLs
over the past 42 years, plus several hundred SW, FM, TV, etc, I take
what I can get. 
For the record, why do I QSL KAVT?  so DXers WILL get that full detail
QSL.
