disagree....nine:   8 is "moderate audio, can follow the gist of the 
conversation, commercial, song etc."   I can follow every word (pity 
I don't know Russian), not just the gist...."good to excellent 
audio"  and is not affected by the bit of local noise that it is stronger than.
