[IRCA] 1215 audio Russian? 0345

Good Evening:

1215 with what sounds like Russian.  Pop music heard very weak earlier in the evening.(Virgin?) Guess the Russian station took over.  Woman talking in Russian?  As much as I report R. Rossii on long-wave, I should be fluent in Russian.  Threshold audio heard on 1134 earlier.  Only level 2 carrier on 1575 around 0200 ut.
