This would work if there were no listeners involved. The listeners of  
WYSL, what do they get in the way of remuneration for their loss of  
enjoyment?

There are possibly 10,000 or more involved, at least more than WBZ  
the IBOC offender and WYSL the one who was wronged by the use of IBOC.
