[IRCA] WIGG DX Test NOT Heard Here

Haven't listened to the entire recorded hour yet, but I'd guess this 
wasn't heard here...just too much KITI which just wouldn't remain nulled

The test from Georgia on this channel was heard several years ago, so 
WIGG wasn't impossible, but no luck this time.
