[IRCA] New MW QSL card

Received a QSL card and a April to November 07 program guide from the 
Voice of America for reception  of 1575 VOA Thailand at 1329 ut 10-9- 2007.  Returned my two US postage light house stamps.  Sent from here on October 10 th, and sent from VOA on October 31st.  Audio CD sent.

Card shows a rigger working on the curtain antennas at Udorn, part of the 
Thailand transmitting station. Sticker with date, time, frequency and 
Thailand.  First Thailand QSL.
