Re: [IRCA] KOZN 1620 logging unusually early

KOZN  1620  Bellevue, NE presumably the one here with national and local
spots on the car radio while sitting in the Wal-Mart parking lot in Athens,
local references, including one remark about "people all over Nebraska,"
11/2, 1730-33 ELT, faded at that point but had decent signal.  Also noted
KXEL already in, but not WHO.  New here.
