This is the entry under 1215 on the link you supplied.  It appears that it 
is now 1214.83 now, not 1214.78.  Maybe it drifts a little more wildly?  I 
heard the signal off channel while in newfoundland, but didn't make an exact 
note of it, since we've heard it many times before.  In any event, it's only 
a het at this point, and I can't log anything until I get an ID!
