May I make a suggestion to my fellow NRC and IRCA listserv users: if  you 
know any DXer who either does not have a computer or does not belong to at  least 
one of these lists, and if you suspect that they will be listening for  this 
test, could you please try to contact them about this timing change? I know  a 
couple of them with these circumstances, and I plan to do just that. This 
news  obviously comes too late to distribute in print form.
