Colin, they can fade up to pretty strong levels, and then down to nothing.  Easy to follow on the SDR.  No sign of anyone else except for Kalinigrad, which is considered it's own radio country (this was Prussia before the end of WW II....a part of 
Germany separated by Poland from Germany proper).  Strong again now at 04:47..........Walt.
