[IRCA] TPs: Oct 22: Pretty Good AM

Things were pretty much back to what my idea is of "normal" this AM, 
with the JJs a bit elevated from that and most of the CCs down from 
"normal" just a bit.  There were a few items of special interest:

810 was Chinese for a while and then Radio Rossii a bit later, both 
in the phase null of KGO, San Francisco

1188 HLKX, FEBC  was doing quite well this AM in CC

1323 the CRI RR Service was in // to a much stronger 963

1440 JOWF was dominating late.

So, better than yesterday, for sure... but not up to those marvelous 
mornings of a week or more ago.
